I love the name Kermie, and the name Twix is so cute too! You can also try an abbreviation like I did. I love the name Theodore, but I didn't want to call my puppy that or Teddy, and my loved the name Junior. So, we named my new puppy TJ (Theodore Junior) but we just call him TJ, Mr. T, Teej, T, etc.
