I was really surprised when you said your surgeon told you it could take up to a year to heal.
I was never told anything like that. Mine told me he expected six weeks after surgery to have full motion, etc...
Mine still hurts. Even my bra strap still hurts! Not unbearabe pain or anything, but enough for me to notice.
