I think it is absolutely FABULOUS that you have never given up the search in finding your baby. Bravo to you for keeping up hope!
And you would THINK that offering such a high reward would make those who stole him want to return him to his family and cash in - even if they lied and said that they FOUND him when really they were the ones who took him to begin with.
