We had been out one day and Toto always gets so excited and starts jumping up and down until we get her door opened on the pen. She started screaming and when I looked, she was
hanging by her topknot from that hook!!! I almost fainted and Patrick had to hold her weight off the floor while I got the thing untangled from her hair. He got his pliers and removed the thing. We also removed the closure from her other pens before we used them again! Who would have thought of that!!
