I feel that it is ok to feed human food, but it has to be lean and bland.
Never feed cooked bones of any kind. They are extremely dangerous b/c they can splinter inside their tiny body or they can choke on them.

If you are going to feed home cooked meal, all veggies have to be cooked in order for dogs to digest them. No corn though, dog can be extremely allergic to corn. Meat (chicken, ground beef, lamb) should be very lean and boiled (but no pork). I don't feel that dogs need grains, but if I were going to feed grains it would be brown rice. Small pieces of fruit are ok too! No hotdogs or deli meats, they are extremely high in sodium and other chemical junk preservatives
