I was wondering what is covered in a standard puppy health guarantee/contract? I've seen some that cover genetic / congenial problems for the life of the pup, 1 year, and some offer nothing at all. What health problem may not be covered by such a guarantee? Is the offering of a guarantee a good judge on the quality of the breeder?
