Maybe a metal one from PetCo or Petsmart? You don't have much time otherwise I would suggest gotags.com. When you come back, consider the type of tag that fits over the collar, like a bracelet. It is hard to explain, but your dog would have to chew his collar in order to chew through that. Another option would be a personalized collar. I believe gotags.com does them.
