Kiwi will get spayed on Tuesday. She just turned a year old. We were hesitant about having her put under and have finally accepted it needs to be done. We are not breeders-thought about her having a puppy but since she is 5 lbs we feel she is too small and we do not want to risk her health. Very nervous about the surgery on Tues. While at vet for her year exam the vet mentioned she has bad knees-do we notice any limping. We have not. So vet said no worry just watch and let us know if you do. Has anyone else heard of a yorkie with bad knees? It seemed like this was not so unusual in the breed. She has stairs to get up on the bed and she uses them. Just wandering if anyone has had a problem with bad knees.
