Its your choice, but I'd probably do the same thing as Villette, stock up on big supplies from the other pet store. That way even if you have to make a stop there every once in a while for little things you need, you won't be contributing too much to their bad practices. Also, make sure to make it known why you don't want to shop there. Write them a letter and let them know that you will not be supporting them because of their selling of puppies.
