Have you tried Canidae yet? That's an excellent food. Maybe you could make the kibble more palatable by adding some canned food, or moistening the kibble, or adding some chicken broth. Or, throw in a bit of human food - mix in some chicken, cottage cheese, bit of cereal, hamburger...?
