Frustration! First, my puppy rarely goes to the bathroom without me being outside. If I go inside she barks and doesn't go!?!? I try and leave her outside alone and all she does is bark and I am scared the neighbors will get mad.
Second, if we are playing outside she won't go potty but the minute we go inside, she goes on the carpet!?!?!?!?!?!
Any ideas?
