Yeah -- do it. These guys seem to try and get by with a lot.
When we put carpeting in our basement, they supposedly measured to carpet the backs of the stairs -- but weren't going to do it when they got here. THEN ... there was this "puddling" of carpet in one corner. It literally looked like a camel laid down in the corner and they carpeted right over it!
It took TWO WEEKS to get them out here to fix it. And the guy had the nerve to look directly at that corner and ask me, "So what's wrong with it?"
I told him that either a camel died under the carpet or it needed to be pulled into place and cut!
