When I first joined last year some of us were titling our threads as "_______ Maternity Ward" and we posted our daily or weekly updates about our girls in the same thread until she delivered.
For Example, I had a thread titled "Autumn's Maternity Ward" and I posted her updates there. Other members with expectant girls had their threads titled the same just the name was different. If you post it like that, it might stand out and people will know to check the "maternity ward". We posted ours in the Breeders Section.
