I got Rudy neutered as soon as the vet would do it. He was 6 months old at the time. For a couple of reasons. I always heard that it cuts way down on the cancer risk and my Rudy humped a lot before we had him neutered. Now, it's just every so often. I'm sure there's probably several older threads on here about neutering. You can do a search and just put the word neutering in. "Good Luck" with your decision.
