To be honest I read your thread and it didn't sound like playing to me. I've never had either one of my two grab or shake each other. Due to Sugars size I'd be careful. Your pup may also just be scared or a drama queen so she may not have been trying to hurt him. I would just keep an eye. I've never once felt like they could hurt each other. They growl and make funny moans and growls, but I can tell if a growl is aggressive and theirs is always playful. As you start watching them play more you'll get a sense for what is aggressive sounds vs. playful sounds.
