My chihuahua does the same thing.......she is now 1 year old but still does this "pacifier thing" with s little stuffed snowman.
I was going thru some old things way back before Christmas and came across this dirty little stuffed snowman....I just pitched it in the floor and Apple grabbed it and brought it back to me...(soooooo cute)....then I just let her keep it for a toy. We would throw it and play 'fetch'..
Then one night I noticed she had drug the thing up on the couch with her and was holding it in her mouth and falling asleep....just like a pacifier.....
She still does the same thing almost every night.....and since geting Lil Bit (in Feb 05) she is willing to share all things EXCEPT the little stuffed snowman. And heaven forbid if Lil Bit gets the notion she is going to take the thing away when Apple is sleeping.
I think it is the cutest thing......I hope she is not somehow demented because I let her maintain bad habits!!!!! :Puppy: |
