I just know that in general - cooked or process fat is extremely difficult for them to digest. So you always want to make sure what you feed is low in fat. If you are feeding a cooked meat, it should be a lean cut, boiled and then rinsed very very good.  |
my dog had pancreatitis and now inflammatory bowel disease in the small intestine from the severe panc so the best food i found i purina ha as it is a hydrolized diet - the other recommended was ultra z/d by pescription hills and my dog itched like crazy on it
