I got VPI for my Conner. I used it for the first time last Thursday for a regular visit. I will find out how much they pay when I receive the check. I really decided to purchase the insurance because of big-ticket vet bills - I didn't want to have to come up with a lot of money at once and not get reimbursed for some of it.
