I am not sure what the diet for pancreas will be. Mine never had it, but I am sure others here on the site can help you with.
I just know that in general - cooked or process fat is extremely difficult for them to digest. So you always want to make sure what you feed is low in fat. If you are feeding a cooked meat, it should be a lean cut, boiled and then rinsed very very good.
