I've never understood how someone can be overqualified.
Around here it means you probably won't be satisfied with the job and could leave them high and dry when you found something better. I do wish you luck in your search, I too will be looking soon. The company I work for isn't doing so well since the hurricane 2 years ago and has cut everyone's hours down to 30. Keep looking hun, just means there is something better out there waiting for you.
