Wow! Now that you said that, I got out his pedigree papers and started checking around on the internet (my snow-day project), and am finding out all these cool things, like where Archie's ancestors are...in upstate NY, Texas, Oklahoma. And I'm delighted that everyone who has them seem like good breeders! I found Archie's great-grandfather, who was a champion, and his great-uncle. His grandfather got around, I'll tell you that!! His grandfather sired some puppies which are with a breeder in Louisiana. Again, she looks reputable. I know his mother and sister are in Oklahoma with his breeder, though.
I must sound like such a loser! But I'm just glad to know that Archie came from a good place. |
