I think he does.....I just think he's a VERY arrogant control freak who is EXTREMELY ignorant. I don't think he likes dogs, he's more of a cat person. He should just stick to cats, he doesn't get how to train a dog. If I were Heidi, I'd take little Tanner and run as far away from him as I could.
