You ARE neglectful because it IS neglectful to leave a little puppy crated for 20 hours a day!!! And, it's YOUR (and Heidi's) fault that the puppy is laying in his own urine!!!
You can't continue to bathe him everyday like that!! Why don't you work on correcting the problem and spending more time to teach him than to just give him a bath everyday so he doesn't get urine in your damn house!
If feel sorry for little Tanner and would gladly take him off your hands and care for him and give him the love and understanding he needs. You have no clue!
