Well actually you are being neglectful because its YOUR fault that he's sleeping in his own urine. He may be a sweet little puppy now, but keep this up and you're going to have an aggressive dog on your hands that bites. You obviously don't want him. Have you called the breeder? She would probably be willing to take him back.
And you cannot continue to give him a bath everyday. You're going to dry his skin and coat out and cause skin irritation.
