Try shaving the hair off the back of the ears, and then fold the ear horizontally and tape it that way. Keep it on about a week and then take it off and see if they stand up. Usually this will work, but it's possible they will fall down in a day or two, so just repeat it. Don't wait too long though because you don't want the cartilage to harden and they'll never stand up. I had a puppy whose one ear would not stand up more than a day after doing this. I'd retape it for several days, it would stay up a day and flop back down. Her other ear stayed up after one taping. I gave up on the other ear, so she has one floppy ear, but that gives her some character.

My vet said that sometimes if their ears are too big, they have to trim them smaller to make them stand up. This would be a last resort to me!
