Question Introducing new yorkies to the family - help!

I've had my little girl Baby now who is about a year and a half old and a few weeks ago I introduced Riley (boy) who is now 9 weeks old to our house.

She hasn't taken very well to him; she steals his food, toys, and bones. She's a very jealous little dog so she doesnt want me to give attention to anyone else, but I'm still making sure to give her A TON of attention. He's been sick lately so I've been very protective but she keeps trying to nip at him or tug at his ears (sometimes I know she just wants to play) but she has been too rough with him. I can't leave them alone because I know she will be too rough and bully him. Also, he tries to curl up with her when she's sleeping and if she notices, she will get up and walk away.
She's a VERY loving dog, but I dont like this side of her...

Is this normal? is there anything I can do to get them better acquainted?
