Have you ever had your baby bile acid tested? Yorkies have a high occurence of liver shunt/mvd...Many times it shows up by the age of one, but there are several instances where it has been diagnosed at 2, 3, 5, 8 and even 9 years of age. The test is fairly cheap(around $45) and will give you peace of mind regarding this issue.
