In order to qualify for worlds tiniest dog I know the dog has to be coincidered a full grown adult. I dont know what age they coincider "a full grown adult" to be. Go to the Guiness book of world records site. I think you have to send something by mail. The smallest dog is not done by weight suprisingly, it is done by length measured from the base of the neck, back and the height. |
