I know that you aren't supposed to walk your dog with a leash connected to its collar and ur supposed to use a harness, but does that mean you can't have your dog wearing a collar? Does the risk of trachea collapse mean that the use of a collar is completely off limits. I don't want to buy her a collar if I can't use it. Thanks!!
