but they say it is within therapeutic range to go over some time - I switched vets because of this with the atopica drug as when i called the company they said they would never tell them to give a higher dosage than what was on their packaging; however my dd started on 10mg with atopica and after a month derm said we needed to go to 20 mg as not working and we need to increase to see if it will work for 60 days but she is monitored by blood work the whole time
