I would check on them at lunch and see if they feel better and see if they have eaten or vomited again. If they have vomited again call the vet. I don't really think that there would be anything they could do if the medicine was too strong, except wait for it to get out of their system. Is the medicine that you are talking about that new heart worm medicine? If it is I hope that they are not sick for almost a month until it leaves their system. Poor babies, they have been through so much lately. I hope they feel better and when you get home at lunch they are back to normal...
