Sounds to me like his sugar was forced way way up and now he is having drops and ups. Try to give him as much kibble as he will eat...you need to regulate his sugar....I'd even call the vet....blood sugar is nothing to mess with as they can easily drop and go into seizures. If he is shaking thats not good. Watch his gums closely too if they get white or pale his sugar is unregualted. Id seriously consider taking him to the vet....such tiny bodies cannot take much.
