Bit scary there. You know what call the vet. I don't think that she should have given them a dosage meant for a bigger dog. But I am wondering if maybe they just have a tummy bug. I doubt that it was the meds since they didn't have this reaction when you first gave it to them. Maybe give them some pedialyte when you get home and just watch them. These stinkers can get into stuff so easily that you just never know if it's a tummy bug or maybe they ate something that they found somewhere.
Good luck. Call the vet and she should answer some questions and maybe take a look at them free of charge since you just spent a million bucks there.
