I hear you!!!! I bought Emmy a high priced carrier--with "heavy duty" zippered front and top. Ad read, "Good for dogs up to 25 pounds!" HA! The little minx (5.5 pounds) unzipped the top and tore up the front zipper. She was pleased as punch at being able to escape! A regular little Houdini!!!! I took that thing right back to Petsmart and got a refund + a new hard sided carrier (with no zippers) for little Oscar.
