I think High Protein is not good for dogs...that's why they can't eat cat food. It'll cause kidney problems. Evo might work well for bigger very active dogs. I tried Evo for my cats a few months ago and it gave both of the severe diarrhea. I think it was just too high in protein for them (50%). Never tried the dog food because I feed raw but after seeing what the cat food did to my cat, I'd stay away from it. I would go with the regular Innova over the Evo.
