I think dogs can change some over time just like people do, and your baby is growing up. I think you should neuter him. He will be fine. Find a vet that is familiar with toy breeds. They'll do pre-op bloodwork on him to make sure everything is fine. It's a one time thing that you won't have to worry about again.
