The Nutro Natural Choice you mention here is the one I like for my puppies. I start the first weaning with RC Baby but switch to the puppy food after a few weeks as Nutro seems to cause less gastro problems.
It could take months for ears to stay up. Keep shaving the top third or so of the ear and taped.
