It could either be reverse sneasing or it could be collapsing trachea....sometimes it's hard to figure out which it is. Maybe post a video on here when she does it and someone will be able to tell you which it is.
Better yet search it out on the quick search and take a look at videos others might have posted and see if it's the same thing.
