Des is speaking of the tether attachment as well. If you go to Ebay and look for Snoozer Lookout Carseats, they many times will have the extra attachments there. I know that Shana also sells them at Tinkerbell's Closet. Basically, is it made out of the leash material (about 1.5 or 2" wide) and it clips around the seatbelt with a parachute-type plastic clip - it is adjustable as to the length - and then it has a leash hook that would clip onto the "D" ring of your babie's harness. It could easily wrap securely around the spokes of the bike basket.
