To hold them in my bike basket. My mom invented this thing for Teddy from a sleeve that has four strands because he tries to jump out of the basket. The four strands tie to each end of the basket so he doesn't move but it's not strong enough. London stays perfectly still so I just attach her leash but with Teddy beside her he kinda pushes her and the other day she fell out, so she was just kinda dangling there. Teddy gets nervous and stands up, and this cloth thing doesn't really work cause it's too thin, it can break. I need something hard and sturdy that will keep him in. The other day he jumped out and I had to stop cause he was also hanging. The harness alone didn't do the trick. Can anyone help? This is the thing my mom made...I think I need a hard material kinda like what lifevests have.

if both have secure harnesses on, all you need is a type of short leash with a snap ring on each end . .secure it to a few bars on the basket with both ends clipped to their d-rings I can make you one if you want - no charge of course
