Sorry to hear your yorkies won't poop in the snow! I'm in Maryland, we got snow yesterday, and some Wednesday too.
Our problem with the snow is that Hercules loves to pee in it. I'm sure that doesn't sound like a problem, until you hear our situation.
We live on the third floor of an apartment, so instead of having to run up and down the stairs all the time during potty training, we built a little box and put a pee pad in it and put it on our balcony. So when he pees in the snow, he is peeing on our balcony, which is not a good thing! What a little sun of a gun! Oh well, hopefully the snow will melt soon and he'll go back into his box to pee.
