The breeder I found my newest puppy from did advertise as teacup, but I inquired about why she used it and she basically said she's always done that and isn't going to change her terminology for others... it's just what she calls them. She is a truly good breeder though, so I didn't think much of it, however she didn't promise a specific size puppy to me either
