What medication did you vet put her on? also did he do a scrape from just one spot or from multiple spots? sometimes one scrape from one area will not find the demadex. I highly doubt such a young puppy has allergies. mites are more likely the culprit.

As for her eye, it sounds like she has a scratch on her cornea. Another idea is that maybe her eye isn't closing totally when she sleeps. check next time she is sleeping to make sure her eye is closing all the way. Either way the vet would need to treat the eye.

sorry your having such problems with a new puppy

hopefully she'll get better soon.
Its not demadex. They did multiple scrapings and ive had dogs in the past with demadex and the skin where the hair was looks nothing like theirs did. Its still healthy in color, just a little dry looking.
Ill check on the eye closing thing. The lady he got her from said something about scratching her eye also, but it worried me when it started spreading throughout the eye. My husband got her to sit still for a sec and said he thought she could still see out of it.
I hope its something that can be fixed and nothing too serious. Shes a great pup and shes the one that kiley was "mothering" before she had her pups.
