When ew got Dunks of Christmas 2006, he weighed I believe 5 pounds and he was 4 months then. The breeder told us that he might be at around 8-10 lbs max. (he's not a mix either, he's a purebred Yorkie, we got his AKC papers) Now, he is 11 months old and when we weighed him at the Vet last week, he weighed in at a whopping 13 pounds!!!
This whole time I thought he was 9 pounds coz I weighed him a week before that.
BUT, I would not want it any other way though! I love my big yorkie!! He's adorable, very playful and very affectionate. I love how he is bigger than the smaller yorkies coz I can rough play with him and there is more to cuddle!!!
