Natural Balance handled this whole recall problem with unbelievable professionalism. They must have called and checked on my 2 a minimum of 10 times.
I just recently filled out forms to submit to their insurance company. I was told I would be refunded all monies associated with Vet bills.
The one woman who called me the most was lovely. We talked at length about their plans for the future and she had mentioned they would be doing extensive random testing of their foods.
I have not found a kibble they like or I like as much as Natural Balance Venison and Brown Rice. I think once it's reformulated and back on the shelf I WILL feed it again.
