Otis has been diagnosed with hay fever/allergies. He's on hydoxyzine twice daily. He was biting/chewing his tail and paw licking. Vet said in between his pads was red and inflammed. The best thing would've been prednisone, but they can't because of his possible liver situation. He seems to have good days and bad days with it. Good luck with Wylie, poor babies, you can tell they are just miserable.
