Gingerale worked for me. The crackers never did. It's also good to try and munch and eat very small meals several times a day. I had morning or rather all day sickness very bad for four months with my first daughter. I had to end up quitting school and work and literally (no lie) just setting up shop in the bathroom on the floor.
But never fear honey it will eventually go away. I set myself up very comfy in the bathroom with mags, a pillow, blanket and a body pillow to sit on. I just literally got tired of running back and forth.
