I had such a challenge making that T harness because of the type of fabric but it came out beautifully  . . .the fabric combination is awesome and very elegant . . .
On my T3 size, they should fit a chest of 14". Basing it just on weight is not advisable as our little munchkins come in different sizes
Although I have shut down my vest/harness/dress section, the size chart is still available under the "HOW TO" section |
