I can sympathize with you. My second pregnancy was that way. I threw up about 6 times a day. The problem was that it would hit me without warning. Dry heaves are the worst. Make sure you have something in your stomach to throw-up. I woke-up one morning and looked in the mirror and had spots all over my face. I went to the doctor and found out that I had broken the blood vessels in my face because of all of the vomiting. The doctor said it would go away by itself, as soon as I stopped vomiting all of the time.
Try eating 4-5 small meals a day and try eating fruit, like apples or pears. You should also try to eat something at night, before bed, so then when you get up in the morning, you won't feel so sick.
The doctor said that as long as I was gaining weight, the baby would be fine. Your body protects the baby first. With that baby, I only gained 12 pounds, and she came out 6 pounds, 11 ounces. If you have any more questions about your pregnancy, ask your OB; even if it is a strange question.
I hope you feel better soon, and congratulations!
