What food is she eating? Have you recently switched foods? If the food is not being digested then it could be small intestines - my dexter has ibd and cannot tolerate potato and a lot of dogs can't so it sits in his tummy and piles up then he vomits - we had to switch his food
I would have an xray done to rule out a blockage as blockages can cause vomitting as well |
